Moto: “Be the best ME I can be!”
In the Senior School, we want the young people to develop the skills they will need for life after school.
We believe it’s up to us to provide the pupils with real life experiences and opportunities so that everyone can fulfil their potential and be the best they can be.
Within the Senior School, there are 7 classes with pupils, ranging from 11 – 19 years old. The team is led by Mr Adam Pinkerton.

In the Senior School, we feel it is very important to develop links with our community and promote real life learning experiences.
These include, internal and external work experiences, courses at local colleges, activities that promote creativity through music, art, dance and yoga. Physical activities are developed through community and onsite resources such as, outdoor gym, cycling, university coaching and gym facilities, swimming and team sports coaching.
Independent living skills are also developed through activities such as cookery, mini enterprise, shopping and class jobs.
Promoting our positive mental health is a top priority in Senior School. We encourage the young people to explore their own mental health and are fortunate enough to have access to vital resources such as; a school counsellor, assemblies, personal development and circle time sessions.
As we say in Sandelford…..”together towards independence!!!”
